Dmytro Terzi is our client and founder of TechnoGid, a wholesale supplier of equipment and electronics. Dmytro told us about e-commerce in Ukraine.


Our company has been on the market for over 5 years. Due to a significant increase in the range and new trends in e-commerce, we moved to a new site, but our experience and responsibility to each client remained unchanged. A huge assortment and low prices make us the best option for cooperation with small businesses, and discounts for large orders will also interest large equipment stores /

In 2016, we started selling electronic equipment. After a couple of years, we realized that this is a very popular product on the market, and quickly outgrew all our competitors. Therefore, we decided to expand and become guides for companies that are just starting this path, and for all other players. This is where the name comes from - TechnoGid.

So far, our team is small, but very friendly. We plan to expand over time, but the main thing for us is the quality of the personnel, not the quantity. All our platforms have contacts for communication with each manager. We answer calls immediately, advise and help place an order. Even outside the office, employees take their work phones with them and continue to answer calls throughout the day.  


Twice a year we fly abroad, study the market, new items, purchase goods and test them. Before shipment, any product is checked by the manager, and only after that the package goes to the client. Our main goal is to make sure that the client comes back to us, and more than once. 

Quarantine boosted our online sales. After that, we put even more effort into developing our online business. Due to the pandemic, the demand for medical equipment has increased, which we still sell in large quantities.

Our ambitious plans are to be the No. 1 supplier of electronic equipment in Ukraine. We also strive to increase sales and recognition. Perfection has no limits, so slowly but surely we are moving towards our goals, constantly setting ourselves new tasks. We are active in social networks and are represented on all platforms to reach more audiences - Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, website. In addition, we actively use the landing page, as this promotion tool provides great coverage.

We conduct our business very meticulously, paying attention to every detail. A trademark is a signature that helps us to consolidate our work, and for clients to know exactly where to find us, and to be sure that they have found us. There are many companies, but TechnoGid is one.
